CashRecap is an educational financial tracking tool. It does NOT provide financial advice, investment recommendations, tax guidance, or professional consultation. All calculations, scores, and insights are for personal reference and learning purposes only.

The Financial Health Score, Smart Insights, Budget Rules, Purchase Readiness, and all other features are informational tools. They are not substitutes for professional financial advice. Consult a qualified financial advisor for personal financial decisions.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. We are not liable for decisions made based on dashboard outputs.

4. Subscription Plans

Free Plan: ₹0 — basic dashboard features, forever free.

Plus Plan: ₹99/month — Smart Savings, Automation, Cross-device Sync.

Pro Plan: ₹799/year — All features including Planning Tools and future AI Insights.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Data Accuracy

We provide tools for self-tracking. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations. Financial computations are approximations based on user-entered data.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify features or pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of CashRecap are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part without written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
